Because Time Is A Wheel
I'm scared, lately. Seriously, implacably, waking up in the middle of the night with the horrors, scared. Not all the time, by any means, but more frequently than usual. Awareness of my own mortality (and that of my loved ones) is a looming specter that keeps leaping upon me at unguarded moments.
Also, it's October. Post-equinox, trees going red or shedding, leading up to Samhain, month of flux and frights.
So, where does a fan find a rec list composed completely of genuinely terrifying stories? Preferably hair-raising, Supernatural or Stargate: Atlantis, but really I'm quite multi-fannish even while married to SGA and hot and heavily cheating with SPN.
