Heads up on Lj's policy change.

LJ is planning to add tracking cookies to collect user information on 5% or so of journals. Harmless, right? Or so they say. I have no deep level of trust as to the uses for that information, so opted out. It's easy enough to do, but it's important everybody knows about this.
