Just a flyby tonight; RL is once again the big scary monster devouring my time.
I did get to finish the novel *Nightswimmer* by Joseph Olshan, however.
The thing that most impressed me about this book, besides the fact that I never wanted to stop reading it, was that he could almost be a member of my friends list. His approach to writing fits in so well with the stuff I've been writing or reading lately that I kept forgetting I was reading a published work.
The characters are beautifully drawn, and he changes time and POV without *ever* losing me. That one thing alone impresses me immensely.
::pimps heavily::
Okay, my work here is done.
:O)
