Today I started KKM again, after putting it down in frustration when I caught up at ep 10 last time. I'm not so good at patience when it comes to serials. I like to inhale the whole thing quickly, if possible. I love this one even more the second time around, which surprises me very much.
I think part of the reason I like it so well is the sense of humor; I've gorged on manga for the last month or so, and the jokes are so very yaoi manga oriented. There are a number of them I didn't catch the first time, and I'm glad because I'm cracking up now. My favorite bit right now is the scene where Yuuri first meets Wolfram. Hee.
FMA is so good. I really like it as a show, not merely as crack fare like so many mangas/animes. (Weiss Kreuz, anyone?) Ed is a great hero, snarky and wise and compassionate, while also quirky and bad-tempered. Al is so sweet, but not in the hurty-teeth way. Roy is delightfully ambiguous and insane. Hughes! Funny, sweet, believable. Great show.

And. Confession time. I'm hooked (hooked, I tell you!) on a *shoujo* *het* *highschool* manga. Parfait Tic is so addictive, and yet I can't. stop. reading. The mangaka made some sort of deal with her soul, I'm sure of it.
