The Life of Billy

Events in non-chronological order. (You folks know I love lists by now, eh?)

1. I've been walking for 1/2-1 hours a day for a few months now; less time online, but I'm in fantastic shape!
2. Watched the movie Fire, by Deepa Mehta, today. !!! Fantastic film, IMHO. Beautiful and rich visually, with emotional resonance.
3. I seem to be at a temporary creative stand-still. I've always been full of ideas, themes, songs, etc.; but I'm going through one of those phases where every darn thing has already been done, and you write and delete at equal rates. Probably I should just write something as trite as I possibly can to break the lock,  but I'm just using it to get in better physical shape. Great sex is easier in a fit (not starved! not excessively muscled! just fit) body, so hopefully I'll have more raw material to fuel my imagination.
4. Trying to improve my Spanish; any suggestions of excellent, especially slashy films in Spanish with English subtitles would be greatly appreciated.
5. Why isn't anyone on my flist as madly in love with Father Ted as I am? Ted and Dougal are so.very.married. They even have twin beds pulled close together, just like Lucy and Ricky.
