Having perused the debates on metablog regarding RPS, the various rants by multiple authors detailing the "rules" of how and what one should write, the commentaries about what constitutes "good characterization", descriptions of "masculinity" and "acting like guys", etc., I have found a voice of sanity who says *some* of what I think needs to be said. Obviously I disagree on the RPS squick factor and a few other points as well; to each his/her/its/their own.
