This is the part where I share my woe and angst, and. Well, okay, no. This is the part where I tell you guys that I am filled with glee- or, not glee. The other thing.
Confusion!
I can do multiple readings on a show simultaneously (and yes, of course you can too). So I can see the Radek slash and the Teyla/Rodney and the Ronon/knives and the etc., while still privileging the McKay/Sheppard or Dex/McKay or Weir/Harem of Hot Military Guys or Teyla/The Universe/stungunbilly I favor. But with a show like Stargate: the Either Version? It requires quite a bit of suspension of disbelief, handwaving, humming through the rough parts, squawking loudly and then strategically forgetting, or outright fanwankery just to have a coherent vision of the universe at all. So somewhere out there is a fan-compiled timeline with notes, right? Comparing the two shows, and hopefully there is also a list of all the specialized rules of that universe, those they actually deal with like the physics of aus and what technologies have been discovered and such?
Because I don't actually write in Stargate the Either Version, but. I can still plot, and draw up outlines, right?
ETA: And so, which sites have reliable compilations of factoids/graph/charts/etc.? Help me out, people. There are so many, and some have obvious errors.
