Dear McKay Apologists,
I love the man, I do. The one who can resist the power of the Rodney is not this one. His many qualities shine like the stars in the summer sky, like the track of a leaking oil tanker, like the slick fingers of Alex when he gets Mulder tied up in the kitchen at last. Hotness, fine derriere, genuine courage and self-sacrifice, dry wit, wet wit, semi-arid wit, and also this is a man who can fix the &%$*#(@&% toilet so it *stays* fixed. <3
But, when addressing his leadership style? No, he does not treat his subordinates that way because it's necessary to improve their work and bring forth their best efforts. Please. Even a brief stroll through the city park of human psychology, or, alternatively, a little work experience carefully evaluated, will tell you that, no. Constant criticism, tantrums, cutting remarks, and general contempt rarely bring out the best in a group of workers.
No need to rationalize the things he does badly, when he does so much else just right.
Love and cat treats,
stungunbilly
