But Hidalgo was a lot of fun. Made me laugh, had good acting, pretty squeeable horses, and a v.v. cool sandstorm. Plus, Omar Sharif!
Script was a bit trite in places, and an awful lot of killing of guys in turbans went down. I expected as much. Still. Omar Sharif! Also, a well-acted evil Englishwoman who I want stories for, as of now. Femmeslash in the world of the sheikhs.
And, Viggo still looks good in dirt.
