I feel so sad.
It's fantastic so many voted, it's great that so many of us were out against the incumbent wartime president, who had twice as much to spend as we did and a national pulpit too. But I am so sad we lost. I love my country, though, as I'm finding out now. I'm staying. I'm going to cry, and read, and learn, and maybe talk a lot more.
I think we did very well. But I'm so sad we lost. I love the folks who voted with me. I love that Obama is in. Now I want the hearts of the heartland, I want the loyal conservatives who hate the huge debt even more than I do.
I'm so sad. Next time, I want us all to win.
