The dial-up is being traded in for DSL sometime soon; does anyone know of a good neophyte-instruction page for Bit Torrent(sp)? Including explaining exactly what it is and does?

Because I would love to be watching superhero cartoons and dl-ing manga etc. But I am lacking all knowledge of the art of quick transfer.
